Slow Cooker Dakjjim

Moist, tender, and flavorful Korean braised chicken (dakjjim) made in the slow cooker!

Clean and cut the chicken. Place the chicken and vegetables, except scallions, in the slow cooker. Pour in the sauce and toss everything well.

Cover, and cook. Stir to rotate the chicken over midway through the process. Stir in the scallions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
